Youth Camp - Fall 2009

We thank the Lord for our wonderful youth camp meeting this year in September. It was truly anointed, with conviction in our services and souls coming to Christ. We invite you to listen to the messages and see the photos for the meeting, and to join us next year in March for the spring youth camp meeting. Thanks to the congregation in White Pine Tenn. and Bro. and Sis. Seay for supporting the meetings. May God richly bless them all. A big thanks to all the workers and helpers who make this meeting possible. Friday night Bro. Seth brought a wonderful message on being the light. The illustrations were wonderful and the youth really paid attention to the lesson. On Saturday we had four classes. The theme was preparing your ground. The teachers taught on the four types of soil. The classes were wonderful. The teachers did struggle some in the morning with the lesson, so we met together and had prayer at lunch. They all felt it went better in the afternoon. We found out why on Saturday evening. God poured out His spirit in an amazing way. The altars were filled time and time again. The help the holy spirit was to the youth was a present help, a divine help, and one that we pray the youth will allow to be lasting. There was no preaching, God chose to anoint the song service and minister to the youth through it. Sunday morning was a good service, the message was to admonish the youth in how to win the battle with in the struggle with the enemy of their souls. We did a missionary presentation in the afternoon to help the youth understand the needs of our brothers and sisters overseas. Sunday night was a very good testimony service. The adults retained their volleyball title in two games against they youth, but were defeated but the children, ages 12 and under. The adults credit their winning record to the star player brother Tois (spike) Seay. We had a blessed time. Thank you Lord for being so good to us during this meeting.
